Licenses aren't for production from what I've read, I think they are for importation of MM to provide for those in immediate need and I think the other license is to grow locally for research... The aus government haven't leagalised commercial growing as yet...
As for mcl, look up "kavasilas"... He's been active and a front runner in the mm field for 30 years, and he's also the leader of the hemp party... He's known around the world in the mm scene and well respected.. All according to what I read of him, don't know the guy personally...
