Good thread, thanks for starting it, good to get a lot of into out if it, its amazing how freely money flows in from the public, so Alex basically got paid out big money for his little business that wasnt producing any revenue for free, millions of shares , 8cent options and performance rights and, gets rent paid, etc. That the public had to pay 0.04 a share for. Hopefully hes going to be worth it.

So with this coming CR on Monday, its means in just over a year they have had 3 Capital Raises, $6,500,000 with the prospectus @ $0.04, 4 million in December 2020 @ 0.045, and now 5 million at 0.05cents.

So in just 1 year and 7 months, company has raised: $15.5 million.

Big winners out of this seem to be Xcel Capital and Sanlam Private Wealth, huge fees and monthly retainers paid along with millions of shares and performance rights:
