Ive just updated my spreadsheet a bit on ECS, thought I would share:

Since June 2019 and with the cap raise announced Monday we will have had 3 cap raises, raising the amout of $15 . 5 million, with the average share price being $0.044
Of that 15.5 million raised though its amazing that 2 million in cash and shares went to Xcel Capital and Sanlam Private Wealth, so even though fees charged said to be 6%, after all other associated cost from Xcel and Sanlam its over 12% of what they raised going to themselves.
Alex Keach was paid handsomely for his hemp business, and at current price his shareholdings worth $17 mill, and performance rights which look to be hit will be worth $2.6 mill at current prices. Nice to get 2.6 million worth of shares for achieving 1 million in sales, a little too much imo. The third tranche of perforance rights which is another 43.75 million shares issued when they get 10 mill of rev makes sense, but the same amount for just 1 million rev is too much.
