Just researched Michael Nitsche, he was an associate director with BBY - that is worth a little bit of research as well (bit concerning). Thinking I might pull the plug, looks like I didn't do enough research on this company, so will cut my losses and bail. Best wishes to you all, might put my toes back in if the price drops a lot after this next capital raise, but really bit to worried about the history here, shell company and all, but carrying the Directors of these other companies, some doubtful dates with Directors.
