    @mjshackl, looks like you understand this integration better than us. Cutting individual chips (dies) from wafer and then integrated to megabit memory platforms. Sounds very straight forward. So how long it takes? 4 or 6 weeks? What is your guess?

    they said during Q4, not end. Should we get first batch by mid November. Thanks in advance.
