Wipeoff, all other things remaining equal, the bigger MLS' land holding the higher the probability of success during exploration and production, because we will have more anomalies to investigate and drill and then hopefully mine!
Look at Extract Resources for example, it pegged large tracts of land near Rio Tinto's Rossing mine and is now worth >$2bn!
It also makes the company much more attractive to the majors as a takeover target...And we get cost benefits due to economies of scale and so on and so forth....
