as a TAH shareholder I am trying not to be too bitter - we did have enough warnings. But doesn't this paint an awful picture of Tabcorp/Tatt's management? That they have let the situation disintegrate to this extent?
If there is a saving grace it is that the same management/boards will have to forego their options.
