Roger - I don't expect anyone will find anything neagtive in this! how could they?
This is excellent news - as it means we are right on schedule, having met all NRC's requirements according to the scheduled timetable. The Draft EIS is scheduled to be released to the EPA on 10 Jan 2013, prior to public exhibition. This schedule looks certain to be met. Strata have 30 days (to around 10 Dec) to get comments back to NRC and then NRC staff have a few weeks to get it to the EPA.
So all good! And I have always said Strata have an excellent permitting team. This is further confirmation of that.
