licenced to sell gas in nsw

Australian Power & Gas Co (ASX:APK) has been granted a licence to sell
gas in New South Wales from the Independent Pricing and Regulatory
Tribunal.
The approval gives the company a full set of electricity and gas
licences across Victoria, NSW and Queensland, boosting its plans to build
a significant new energy retailer on Australia's eastern seaboard.
The company expects to start signing customers in NSW shortly.
The company is fully funded through the early phase of its
development after a $12 million capital raising earlier this year and
having agreed the terms of a $100 million working capital facility with a
US financial institution.
