Correct me if I'm wrong but the original Mumbwa JV with BHP date as far back as 2004. Back then, the terms of the JV did include a BHP clawback. The terms of the JV have been amended many times since then.
The thing is we keep assuming BHP wants to screw us over but have we really thought of the possibility that maybe BHP is really not interested in Mumbwa?
Correct me if I'm wrong but the original Mumbwa JV with BHP date...
