Limited accomplishments? Compared to what? Compared to AGH's peers? Hardly.
Revenue is only one factor in evaluating market cap.
Virtually ALL stocks trade at multiples of their current value. The stock market is speculative.
As for dilution, 5.7M shares represents a 2.5% dilution of current shares. Not so scary.
The further 5.7M shares are conditional, and if Peak turns over 2M $CA EBITDA (roughly 111% of Althea's entire 2019 gross profit), I won't be complaining about the performance shares. It will mean Peak is on track to hit 25M in revenue at its 18 month marker, representing a probable 6-8M EBITDA.
AGH knew what it was buying with those performance shares. The time to be upset about that deal was when it was made. I thought it was a good deal then, and I still think it is now.
