    The 15c conversion is another pretty obvious warning bell..why be so generous? Read the terms of the note ie what the funds are to be used for...the point is there is a massive question over whether the project will now even get approval.if managemment and the other un named participants are so confident why not cut a cheque for new equity? I can tell you with 100% certainty these guys would get laughed out the door by any micro cap resource investor in the country
