pointed out that the Feb 5 announcement was SPECIFIC on process times. That period has well and truly passed with no update to that specific announcement.

my other question was ,"did MMJ receive a response during the process from Health Canada"

Simply put , if I don't hear from Asher I will send the announcement to the ASX regulators tomorrow afternoon as is my right as an ignored shareholder so they can stimulate a response on the delayed subject.
