    Hi Nihilism,
    In that announcement it was stated that MCL where in the process of applying for the MM licence, not sure how long it takes, but, it had been reported in an article i read last month that 20 individual applicants had applied for a licence for MM. From what I am aware of so far only 3 MM licences have been granted 1 in QLD, VIC and now WA.
    I stand corrected have you have information to the contrary.
