    Found this canadian company Hempco valued at $12m which is way ahead of MCL in terms of everything, is QBL way overpriced then, it appears so . QBL was priced at 0.8c prior to MCL part acquisition so MCL is worth 1.2c or $16m plus it still needs to raise up to $5m for working capital going forward. QBL only own 55% of MCL so 100% MCL valuation is really $29m prior to cap raise  . As you can MCL is 2.5 times worth more than Hempco. MCL fair valuation would be something like $5m to $10m
