but as i aslo said above:

...in light of this pretty reasonable trail of uses to which our IP appears to be going towards, why don't you frame a note to Lee asking him for a 'can you confirm or deny' at the end, or 'will the company be addressing the above uses of our IP in a near-term market update' -- either way, he will have to say something which would be indicative of something -- and if he doesn't respond, call him up -- he can't dodge the extremely important issues you are framing here.
