Just to add a little more to this, I believe the time has come where the US can no longer delay any of it's decisions re metalstorm and whether it was a US company or not.

The US wants these weapons as can be seen by the ARDEC PLA, what difference does it make if the license to manufacture these products is given to US companies as against owning the IP outright? none really in my opinion, they still get to control who gets the weapons and who doesn't, and when they are manufactured and where.

All it may mean is we get some dollars for the use of the IP and I would assume there would be exclusivity built in there somehow?
