If you see what's happening in the UK it will most likely be positive, but for sure always some adaptions will be necessary, also to make it more politically correct.

I read somewhere that the government is also under pressure from another angle. First handing out licenses, and then not allowing companies to explore them (that is where we're at) is not only unacceptable, but could also result in huge claims.
