They also need to have a good story to tell - how is that some have the know-how & others don't?
If LSF is placing itself appropriately, their story certainly doesn't appear to be getting through to my SMF manager! What do larger Fund managers feel about LSF? Surely LSF is has large enough funds under MNGT. to attract attention, if they are positioning themselves well?
I'm not convinced - love for someone to correct my thoughts?
What is going to take to get LSF on parity with their NTA, or as others e.g. Wilson Asset MNGT, gain a premium to their NTA?
What is LSF doing about:
Buy backs - surely it would be money well spent! Connecting with shareholders & working towards some level of franked dividends! At present the whole retirement sector must be looking elsewhere, am I right?
