    Sorry but your argument was that it was a great idea to be invested overseas(this is some months back when the AUD was much lower than it is today) as the falling AUD would be beneficial. You would be several percent behind because of the currency movement by today. Also, we were talking about individual investors doing it, not professional fund managers - and the reality is even the professionals don't do it well a lot of the time.

    So as far as I'm concerned my point back then has been proven on why unhedged overseas investing by a retail punter is beyond the average person.
