    There's just no point arguing about currency movements.
    Ever since the Aussie dollar got up to over $1 US, I have preferred to have my long term international funds to be unhedged.
    If you prefer hedged that's fine and good luck to you.
    I don't buy international stocks directly, only via managed funds or LICs
