I'm interested in your's and others thoughts on their performance fee structure. rather than benchmarking against a index they use a "high watermark"each month and take 15% (iirc). I'm not sure how this sits with me. i'm trying to figure out if this is better/worse/same as traditional benchmark performance fees.
Other than this unknown i'm happy with the prospectus and will likely invest.
