No one can be blamed today as no one is responsible for past decisions, unless the person today tries to use history to subjugate others and project self superiority.
I was responding to another poster who said aboriginals should be thankful for colonisation, this is impossible because every full blooded aboriginal in Tasmania are already dread BECAUSE of colonisation.
As for your point about today, yes it is a problem and I agree excessive welfare doesn't help.
