Just to clarify what happened at the AGM. Mr.D.Pursell clearly stated that Mr.Richard Campbell attended all the meetings between the company and the CRR directors.

As this statement was untrue, it really upset a very respected shareholder who is fully aware of all the dealings between Jervois, Double Link and CRR. He called Mr.D.Pursell a liar on a number of occasions, for which Mr.D.Pursell had no answer.

The facts are that on that Saturday morning referred to at the AGM, only Mr.D.Pursell and his son Alan met up with the CRR directors. And definitely, Richard Campbell was not involved in the wheeling and dealings as stated by Mr.D.Pursell. To my knowledge, Richard Campbell attended only one meeting with the CRR directors.

Also, the unauthorised and staged question/comments made by the former JRV company secretary John Neill, from the floor, directed at Richard Campbell backfired. This manouvre was aimed at trying to blame Richard Campbell for the cancellation of the CRR deal, and in fact the lies told at the AGM proved the blame is solely on the JRV management.
