Two things.
1) Biden is stimulating the economy with big handouts creating demand for products and services.
2) With interest rates at zero all those with any money are looking to invest it, mostly in the stock market in the hope of getting a return.
Maybe this is the new normal, I don't know. But if economies go back to how they used to be run then look out below.
