Have a read of the announcement again.

CHM presented the evidence and some of the defendents coundnt deal with it and asked for a delay.

Maybe they need to race away and come up with some quick answers to try and explain away some of things CHM presented.

I guess we are going to here about there is no case and if someone took $10 blah blah blah

What MMX supporters are not prepared to contemplate is that when the MMX iron assets were acquired the same parties were running MMX and CHM.

If they are found to have used their position in CHM to gain an advantage for themselves and MMX then these people and MMX face some serious issues.

How well do you know the founders of MMX (your co-defendents)and how much do you trust them. Its not about the paper trail which if CHM is correct would have tried to cover up the co-defendents use of funds but tracking the cash and CHM shares issued to parties that were sold to allow cash to flow to MMX.
