No worries cevatt, this is what the forum is all about, inputs from all wishing to contribute to market discussions. Many would agree, WBC management (so called) is historically inept, too much embedded banking culture ie anti retail sh and customer, doubtful if will change, more interested in the remuneration report, other banks in the same league.
