So let's concentrate on life with no credit note - just a touch MORE shares on offer (and still probably not enough cash in the bank! 4C is going to be very interesting!)
Potential contracts (2) worth $30m over 5 years.
$6m per annum covers about 80-90% of the Revenue to break-even....Big tick if they pull this off! (Obviously i'm not including existing revenue & that it will be all booked this Fin Yr)
Are these contracts in relation to the RVA ones announced around the time of AGM or new clients ?
What are their next steps with existing partners - Hickory, Hamton, BuildCorp, Accord ?
Society (Hamton) Apartments is now complete and tolling.
Hickory - ARK Apartments ....Due for completion around Jun/Jul 11....Another development that should begin tolling this calendar year.
BuildCorp/Accord - Bell St completed. Not fully leased as yet from my understanding but should begin tolling shortly.
We are now built in these developers plans, etc....Are we going to see the flow on effect with INT services rolled out into future developments ? (They have continually stated that they will not have to sell into these guys again)
