Life after JORG

Could any of the more experience poster please expand on whats next after JORG in late dec?
Would Tom be drawing up a open pit mining plan?
Do we need more permits from the gov and permission from local native tribe?
What is the time span for mining?
We have 18m$ and where would this take us to?
How do we expect the sp to behave through each stage
or maybe its better we just lock the shares in the drawer and throw away the key.
