G'day wombat.(ran over one in the middle of the Nullarbor years ago, almost rolled the car).
The difference between AJM and LTR is huge.

LTR will need to do more capital raisings to reach the decision to building a mine/plant.
LTR's share holdings isn't that far behind AJM's, which will "grow on new capital raisings.

LTR will need to borrow to build their mine/plant as AJM did, so your your debt will fly sky high.
The longer to building the higher the costs.

So looking at AJM, LTR will see their costs to production, plus a few more dollars as a time factor.
Don't get me wrong i would love to invest in LTR, but the share price is hugely(is there such a word?), over valued.

Read up on AJM and PLS, both producing and selling their product.
Look at their share prices and tell me that LTR are at proper value.

We are all here for one thing............. to make a profit..... fact.
