Yes, true, and while I said the virtual IPO could get away at $0.50 - who knows, if they were to "IPO" CNB now maybe they could get it away for much more.
Also, my earlier analysis of MKR vs CNB has proven very conservative on the CNB side I think (noting as you say, MKR has some silver and a mill both of which need to be discounted to make it a fair comparison). MKR's MC is now closer to $150m than $50m.
