AGROS/others: I believe that AVL will need to get TWO issues sorted out:
A) HOW to finance the building of the necessary mine
and
B) Finding a (or several) off-take partners.
I believe that B) will be easier to achieve than A). JIMHO, of course. Of course, A) and B) might need to be connected perhaps??
