With today's appointments of new staff and companies will come accelerated depletion of IBGs working capital. With JDs track record for surprising the market with CR announcements I wonder what the effect of a CR dilution would be if the SP were at its next support level of 4c to which it seems headed on the charts? I think both events are possible within the next 6 months given the recent price action and IBG track record.
With a base of 4c my feeling is a CR may take it to around the 3c mark based on the dilution effect size of the recent CR. A positive financing announcement after that may create a rally in the 6 to 10 c compared to the previous conservative target of 25c from an 8c base?
