@Sailor FNQ; that's pretty insensitive at a time when people and their properties are being burnt out in WA, SA, Vic and Tasmania.
You'd do well to look at what insurance companies have done to their policies / premiums in recent times - from cover for bushfires to flood it's a horror story and not only for individual property owners.
