I know this has probably been discussed before...with Goldworthy Act is BHP able to purchase UMC or even just Railway resource or would that put it in contravention again?

Does RIO have free reign?

I would imagine both parties would be reticent to allow FMG into the heart of the Pilbara, maybe this will strengthen UMC's hand in its discussions re MGS or alternatively bring say a RIO out of the woodwork?

I don't think the buyers have had to work hard today, 400k shares and only up 7 cents.
