It would be great to contribute to this discussion about possible acquisitions for MGX moving forward. I know many have spoken about FEX but I don’t know if they are the answer. They would be valued at an EV- $50M (subtracting the cash) so even paying 40c per share $100M they could add some extra volume but it’s only a short term fix.
