I agree. I have had losses. Sometimes I just want to curl up in bed and not face the day. I feel like I have let my family down. I have found though that if you get out of bed, dust yourself off and look at the sun rising the dark times subside. One day you will look back and wonder how you got through these tough days. But you do. There is always another day. Something in you will drive you. It will work out in some way. I try to accept what has happened, put it behind me an look to the future. You cannot change the past but you can effect the future. We will all look back and go wow - they were dark times but I got through. This will come to pass and we will all move on - I can assure you of that.
