You didn't even need to do this, just have some experience that getting money out of most small businesses in Australia is like getting blood out of stone. Most small businesses won't even pay for something with a guaranteed return, let alone something blue sky like a video.
None of this is too important to those that trusted the financials and invested on this basis. You should be able to trust the cash statements of a company and if you can't the vast majority of the ASX is investable.
