    If you think a CU Jorc resource is worth nothing, if you think Splitt Rocks gold resources next to two hungry mills worth nothing , if you think a huge gold target at Red Mountain worth nothing then.!!!
    You can safely set a buying limit to take out this seller you will have have a great ride.
    25% PLUS PREMEMTIVE ON Earaheedy worth ? $40-50m or more given Tier one status.
    Split Rocks Lithium assets worth ? $40-50 given comparables
    everything else for free.
    Lets not pay up the seller needs to be burnt.
    Get on bid cheap.
