I've said it here before and I will say it again.

We are headed to a have and have not society, especially with property.
When your income, the IR and your deposit = buy, then don't wait for a drop in prices.

Sadly for the last 36 months many will have missed out on that equation waiting for the drop.... perhaps the smart were the ones that bought in on FHOB? only time will tell.
