so every year the ranks of the have-nots will swell until there are more 'have-nots' than 'haves'.
Then you will see the rise of a new socialist-type political party (kind of what Labor once stood for?) and the 'haves' will start to see their accumulated wealth 'confiscated' by policy changes designed to benefit the majority.
Unfortunately for some, that's democracy at work.
