Sorry Redmoki, I just read your post just now, yet my last post pretty much mimics what you wrote about future political parties (didn't mean to steal your thunder). Looks like we think alike, but it's pretty obvious what will happen don't you think?
I forgot to add that the new generation of politicians will be cashed up and be capable of watching on the sidelines, as the older generations unload their stock forcing an oversupply of housing onto the market. How else are these asset rich and cash poor people going to get money? I don't think the new generation of government would care less one bit!
