Exact opposite my friend " if I were smart " I would have never sold ANY of my houses ..but Im NOT , and I kept reading Dr Dans posts ( he has a degree you know ) ..I felt so greedy I sold all ..

Hmmmmmm ..and that Dr Dan sounded so smart in 2008 , and who was that other poster ..started with " H " ..well his sky had us all destitute by the 30 th of last month .

Its so important to read and digest whats on the property forum ..LOL .

Just wonderful isn't it ? ..When is wrong ..just wrong ??

By the way , for what its worth , my equity holdings are well beyond anything I hold in property ..property is always my base , my backstop , my rock .

Yet the property forum , designed to talk about property ..has people who will probably NEVER own a property imparting their wordly advice .
