I was about to state...I have been surprised lately, we seem to have more comment about property, and less jiberish from the extremists ...
the latest Residex newsletter has a more sobering view of property, but even they admit they dont know the answers and are surprised etc
I would suggest cramming about 300k's extra people each year into the country should be a starting point.....without providing the associated housing, jobs and transport to accommodate their needs the public transport fiasco has been a warning sytem, with red flags raised...they all choose to ignore
lets see if we can raise the level of debate and discussion on this forum...to a higher level.... and leave the extremists views out of it
