I'm not one to go seeking out a bankers perspective but this articles headline was sitting besides pwinnes link .
So the freakin bankers go from a 5% negative outlook to a positive 10% forecast for the year .

But hey wait a sec we'll put out an article to stick it up steve keen as well and try and fool the general population whenever we feel the heat !
    But don't worry I don't lie as I'm not a realestate agent I'm a banker !
Our objective is to get everyone on the drip and whenever we feel like it we'll apply enough pressure with our moronic lending practices and fees and then go in for the kill and take back our money !
Has anyone seen my monthly bonus lately .
