The steel part of the technology is very important to the industry and hypothetically IF BHP did not become involved that certainly would see the sp slide but then APG have already stated that it is doing things with steel companies so an announcement with say Smorgans, Bluesteel or/amd fortescue should see the price higher than it is today.

But lets be realistic, we know Cristal want the technology but are not prepared to put the dollars in and the same goes for Iluka. So lets assume APG have access to another source of capital then things will also progress and possibly be even better because BHP could tie APG into exclusivitty whereas if APG fund the next plant themselves they can upon completion remain independant with ILU, Cristal and others!
