I don't own MUS, but that doesn't mean I don't feel sick to my stomach on the outcome here.

I was badly caught out in one of MUS's predecessors - GGP

I spent more than a year stewing/obsessing over it. I was angry and bitter, and it made my blood boil.

It turned my life upside down for quite some time.

I guess I'm writing this now to say, well hey, it's just not worth it.

Getting consumed by anger won't help you, and it sure as hell won't help your loved ones.

My only advice is to pick yourself up, learn from your mistakes and move on.

Talk to your family and friends. Tell them how you're feeling. Cry and their shoulder.

Family and true friends will show amazing empathy in times of need. Don't fear being judged by them. They care about you, not the decisions you've made - and let's face it, we've probably all made some doozies in our time.
