A very attractive single younger ,( but not too by too much ) ,female buys the house next door .She has a bubbly extroverted personality and initiates all conversation except 4. 1 You ignore her completely to the point of rudeness (-20 ) 2.You are as minimally polite to her as custom dictates ( -40 ) 3. You talk to her just as if she was any other neighbour (-80 ) 4.As soon as she arrives you rush over and offer to help in any way, fix anything that breaks , mow her lawns , polish her car, walk her dog ,clean her pool, etc etc etc. ( Don't worry about the points, once your wife finds out, start picking out your own cemetery plot...)
