CAJ have 1B issued shares now. That will stunt SP growth to some extent. Unfortunately, with the benefit of hindsight, CAJ has been a 'lifestyle' company for directors and possibly doctors as well.
In contrast, total IDX shares: 195M. Imo anything under 200M is excellent for an established earner. Means great moves in SP for good underlying performance.
