I think without the mess in Victoria the capital raising wouldn’t have been too much of a problem. They would have used the capital for acquisitions and generated more earnings so eps would have been fine. Now I suspect more of the capital raised will be used to keep themselves going so more of a problem in the short term.
however most businesses are going to be affected by Covid impacts so it’s just a terrible time...
